CHARACTERIZATION

All students are willing to improve their English proficiency but some of them are much more challengers than others, these happen according to their attitudes. And also, it is a huge challenge for the tutor to put the best of him/her in this type of situation. If we  know who are our learners, I am pretty sure that we can do better.
