"Nowadays,   online teaching   has become a huge challenge for non-native speaker teachers so that we have to see beyond our traditional teaching because there is no doubt that the world has changed". We are teachers for new generation students and that's why I have to get involves with the use of new technologies.

A long   time ago, I knew that I will become an English teacher because I always try to help my friends learn to speak English. I wanted them to practice with me. They asked me to teach them some phrases. That’s how I became interested in my Teaching since then and now. I strongly believe that as a teacher I must keep searching for a new and innovative way of teaching. I mean that I cannot stop finding out up today strategies in order to allow my students become open-minded. All students need to be treated carefully to show them the way and how They could take out the best from themselves. During my online teaching encounters, I opened my mind for a new way of teaching and learning. Because this experience showed me that we have to be adaptable and open-minded for new challenges. Firstly, when I met my groups I discovered that all of them did not have the same English level. So that I had to be very patience to maintain this group motivated. For my third encounter I was a different teacher because I have known my students better and I used new strategies to allow all them to be themselves. I feel that I am ready to start using these great teaching resources, if we as a teachers try to implement these innovative tools we can do a better job in order to help the students increase their learning capacities. Teaching English on Skype gave me access to know how I can teach and behave without a face to face environment. Students all over the country are able to learn to speak English online. This innovative way of teaching allowed me to know new tools and strategies to be apply for a long distance education and also I met people from different places. This online course gave me new ideas and training that support my beliefs to start using this innovative tools. The world has changed a lot and I have to do it, too. The first thing that it has to be done by me is to start changing my own mentality and that was I did during these encounters. I told to myself this is my opportunity to take the journey in order to learn how to use and put in real practice these tools

I think our principles are very important that they will keep me grounded. Having these types of values give a real focus with my purpose. I believe in the power of people. I am an educator because of people and I love and find value in working with learners, and because I was so influenced and shaped by great teachers throughout my life.  No matter of each student’s need that involves establishing the online teaching or media center as a welcoming, safe environment where students and teachers can come freely and interact with others in a respectful, caring, and safe manner.  1. I strongly patience with everyone. 2. Be honest. 3. Be on time for class. 4. Allow that everyone feels motivated. 5. Do my best to do a better job.

All students are willing to improve their English proficiency but some of them are much more challengers than others, these happen according to their attitudes. And also, it is a huge challenge for the tutor to put the best of him/her in this type of situation. If we  know who are our learners, I am pretty sure that we can do better. All students learned something new from their point of view according to their levels.  Based on the topics developed, they were capable to know how to present a ECAE and IELT exams in the future. This course also provided so much information and tips to be used during  ECAE or IELT exam Preparation. Students knew how the examiners perform in an intervew for IELT speaking exam. They got the knowledge how to answer a set of questions and what types of questions are going to be used. They found themselves what are their weaknesses and strength and also,  the learners practiced to speculate in a speaking exam interview.

1.     In my opinion all is good in these encounters, I think would be right if the students might participate of encounters before the English Conversation course El tutor fue muy paciente y colaborador con nosotros, apesar de que teníamos un nivel muy básico. All the encounters were wonderful and I could practice my speaking, in my opinion, it is necessary students practice "questions" because students just answer question.
