MY PRINCIPLES ABOUT TEACHING SPEAKING ONLINE

I think our principles are very important that they will keep me grounded. Having these types of values give a real focus with my purpose.

I believe in the power of people. I am an educator because of people and I love and find value in working with learners, and because I was so influenced and shaped by great teachers throughout my life.  No matter of each student’s need that involves establishing the online teaching or media center as a welcoming, safe environment where students and teachers can come freely and interact with others in a respectful, caring, and safe manner. 

1. I strongly patience with everyone.

2. Be honest.

3. Be on time for class.

4. Allow that everyone feels motivated.

5. Do my best to do a better job.
