MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

A long time ago, I knew that I will become an English teacher because I always try to help my friends learn to speak English. I wanted them to practice with me. They asked me to teach them some phrases. That’s how I became interested in my Teaching since then and now.

I strongly believe that as a teacher I must keep searching for a new and innovative way of teaching. I mean that I cannot stop finding out up today strategies in order to allow my students become open-minded. All students need to be treated carefully to show them the way and how They could take out the best from themselves.

My most important role as a teacher is to help my learners to learn.  I view my role as an educator not only as one who imparts knowledge for future schooling - whether elementary and secondary but as one who helps learn children and young adults for life.  Education has the power to change and shape lives, and all students in a building must be guaranteed the highest-quality education possible, regardless of personal, cultural, intellectual, or economic differences.  Education has to be lasting to improve people lives.

"I have the need to feedback my knowledge every day"
