Students watched two videos as
examples on how to debate. They were divided into two teams, Pro Team and Con
Team so that each student was capable to play a role.
Procedure
1. The Students were told to watch the
videos given them a week in advance. And also, They had to explain about what
was a debate. 2 minutes each one.
2. Students had to give examples about
a debate. 1 minutes each one.
3. Students play role of a debate. 2
minutes each one.
4. Organize Students into two teams. 5
minutes.
5. Present information on the
introduction pointing out key words and expression for discussion debate.

Introduction
of the activity with background
Explain the encounters’ dynamic
(objective and activities) of the CAE examination in general and then
emphasizes only on CAE speaking test PART 1.
Procedure
1. Starts asking the main general
questions for the first part of CAE speaking examination. Later, share the
google link “Questions to Practice with”, and ask students to choose other
questions from the “More Questions 1,2,3 files” to ask their peers.
2.
Share the google link for students to read the dialog
aloud, correct pronunciation during reading.
3.
Review the meaning of the phrasal verbs.
4.
The dialog can be divided in sections for different
students to participate.
5.
Asks
students to give a 1 minute summary of the main points of the videos.
